Games

From festival larps, to TTRPG sessions, to pervasive games played in small moments over the course of weeks.

I currently run monthly larp sessions at the Treehouse Boardgame Cafe, as well as writing my own projects and supporting others as a producer, facilitator or writer.

A monthly sci-fi larp exploring politics, problem-solving, hidden allegiances, and a sprinkle of existentialism onboard a generation spaceship.

A one-day larp about two contrasting realities united by shared dreams. It uses pre-written characters, one-to-one scenes, audio technology and experimental techniques to explore the surreal, the subconscious and the (pseudo)scientific.

I co-wrote and facilitated this larp where players took on the roles of ordinary people who had become infused with the spirit of a character of Arthurian legend. With the wider world mysteriously forgetting the stories, the players had to act to save them – and shape them into new narratives.

This game took place over three sessions, using a mix of player co-operation and competition to encourage them to seize control of their own stories.

I co-wrote and then facilitated a table for a multi-table TTRPG campaign at the Treehouse Boardgame Cafe.

Set in a cyberpunk dystopia, I led the strand of the game themed around crime and the fringes of society.
